Complaints
We are receptive to complaints and welcome any feedback to improve the quality of our services.
All complaints will be dealt with at the earliest opportunity by a member of the senior management team. Our complaints procedure will always be adhered to as laid out in the complaints policy.
On moving into the home, the young people will be provided with a welcome pack - insight into the home, the staff team, and expectations from us and from them. There is also a copy of a young person-friendly complaints form and stamped envelope the individual can keep and use any time they would like to raise a complaint. Copies of these forms are also available in the home office, they contain names and contact numbers of the senior management team so the young person can address whomever they feel comfortable with.
There is a separate complaint form for external use which is available from any of the homes or the senior management teams and can be handed out upon request.
Fairview takes all complaints seriously and will use any information brought forward to improve the level of service that we provide. If you would like to make a complaint, please fill in the following form and we will address it as soon as possible.
