About us

Our Mission

Fairview Care & Support offers around-the-clock support for Children care-experienced young people and unaccompanied Asylum-seeking children in a semi-independent group living or solo environment. We support individuals aged 16 - 18 years, providing short, medium, and long-term support.

We strive for the best opportunities for young people and allow them to take the lead on their plans while supporting them to stay safe and make positive choices using a person-centred approach. In doing so, we will develop from our grassroots to become a leading national provider of supported and independent living services.

At Fairview Care & Support, we specialise in providing high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16+. Our services are designed for those leaving care, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), and other vulnerable young people who need a safe, structured environment where they can gain the skills and confidence to live independently.

Our approach is based on empowerment, respect, and growth. We don’t just provide housing – we provide opportunities, encouragement, and practical life skills support. Whether it’s budgeting, cooking, attending education or work, or simply learning to navigate adulthood, we’re here to guide young people every step of the way.

Our goal is to help every young person transition into a successful and sustainable independent future — while staying true to our commitment to kindness, respect, and putting people first.
